Dosido is a coaching tool used as part of a facilitated coaching engagement. Your organization arranged access, and Kevin Cape works in the app alongside you as the coach and platform administrator.
Account details. Your name, email address, role, and who you report to, usually provided by your organization when your account is set up.
Conversations.Everything you write to the Dosido agent is saved, along with the agent's replies, so your coaching work carries across sessions.
Work products. The Results, plans, steps, updates, and related items you create in the app.
Interaction measurements. To improve the product we measure how the interface performs during each exchange: response latency, how long composing a message took, how much was retyped, and time spent away from the tab mid-compose. We store timings and counts only. We never store text you typed and deleted.
Session audio (optional). During the beta we may ask to record your microphone for a session. This only happens if you agree when asked, and you can decline or stop at any time without losing any functionality.
Usage. We track the AI-processing volume your account generates so we can monitor operating costs.
Your conversations with the agent, your interaction measurements, and any session recordings are never used to evaluate your performance and are never fed into performance reviews or appraisals. Anything Dosido produces about your work draws only on the work products you deliberately submit, such as your Results and weekly updates. The chat is your thinking space.
We do not sell data or use advertising trackers of any kind.
You can see everything you create.
Your leader can see the Results you commit to and the weekly updates you publish, because that visibility is the point of those artifacts. They cannot read your chat.
Kevin (platform admin) can access data across the platform to operate the coaching engagement, including session recordings you consent to and cost dashboards.
Your organization's admin can manage members and may be able to play back session recordings made under the beta recording program. The recording consent prompt says this before anything is recorded.
Dosido runs on a small set of infrastructure providers, each receiving only what its function requires: Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (application hosting), Anthropic (the AI model that powers the agent; conversations and relevant work context are sent to its API to generate replies, and Anthropic does not train on this API data), and Resend (operational email to the platform owner).
Session recordings are deleted automatically 90 days after they are made. Conversations, work products, and interaction measurements are kept for the duration of the coaching engagement.
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask for any of it to be deleted, by emailing coach@kevincape.com. Account deletion removes your conversations, measurements, work products, and recordings.
Write to coach@kevincape.com. If your organization has its own data processing agreement covering Dosido, that agreement governs in addition to this notice.
